今回は、トマトパスタの作り方をご紹介そいます。火を一切使わずレンジだけ！ボウル1つで作れる簡単パスタの神レシピです。洗い物も最小限で忙しい日にぴったり！とても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてください。

This time, I’ll show you how to make tomato pasta. No fire required, just the microwave! This is a divine recipe for an easy pasta dish that can be made in one bowl. There’s minimal washing up, so it’s perfect for busy days! It’s so delicious, so please give it a try.

■材料（1人分）
・パスタ 100g
・トマト缶 200g
・ベーコン 2枚
・玉ねぎ 1/5個
・おろしニンニク 小さじ1/2
・水 200ml
・ケチャップ 大さじ1/2
・ウスターソース 小さじ1
・砂糖 大さじ1/2
・顆粒コンソメ 小さじ1
・オリーブオイル 小さじ1
■作り方
1.玉ねぎをスライスし、ベーコンを1cm幅に切る。
2.耐熱ボウルにパスタを半分に折り入れ、ベーコン、玉ねぎ、トマト缶、ニンニク、ケチャップ、ウスターソース、砂糖、コンソメ、オリーブオイル、水を入れて軽く混ぜ、レンジ600Wで7分加熱する。
3.一旦取り出しよく混ぜ、再度レンジ600Wで3分半加熱する。
4.取り出しよく混ぜて完成。
■ingredients
・100g Pasta
・200g Canned tomatoes
・2 slices Bacon
・1/5 Onion
・1/2 tsp Minced garlic
・200ml Water
・1/2 tbsp Ketchup
・1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
・1/2 tbsp Sugar
・1 tsp Granulated consomme
・1 tsp Olive oil
■Instructions
1. Slice the onion and cut the bacon into 1cm widths.
2. Fold the pasta in half into a heat-resistant bowl and add the bacon, onion, canned tomatoes, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, consomme, olive oil and water, mix lightly and microwave for 7 minutes at 600W.
3. Remove from the bowl, mix well, and microwave again at 600W for 3.5 minutes.
4. Remove from the bowl, mix well and it’s done.
